Dan Farrell dedicated years of his life to the pursuit of his dream, to let players play to their potential with minimal risk of injury. He worked with major-junior and college players and later with the pros to test and refine his designs.

How Compression BlockTM Technology Works:

Impact Plates:

1. Absorbing impact is the key to protection. Patented Compression Block cells provide the maximum absorption of impact by transferring impact energy (red arrow) 90 degrees in two horizontal directions (yellow arrows).

2. Breathability is the key to playing longer; getting heat and moisture out of clothing and cycling cool air in helps muscles last longer in extreme play conditions. The holes in the Compression Block cells offer better ventilation than solid foam pads.

3. Specially designed adjustable plates can be placed at key impact ares on the vest to distribute the force of a strike across multiple Compression Block cells, drastically reducing the effect of the hit.
